V průběhu retreatu máte možnost hluboce zaměřit svou pozornost na esenci po několik dní. To vám otevírá možnost mnohem hlouběji vnímat léčivou zkušenost já. Tento proces je podpořen esenciálním léčením a metodou feldenkrais. Retreaty se konají ve specielně zvolených prostorách pro semináře s dostupným zdravým jídlem a příjemnou atmosférou.
